Design UI for Careerize Mobile Application

Careerize is a mobile application for students coming out from polytechnic and non-professional degree colleges to help them understand different career paths, assess their capabilities, build their profiles and connect them to training institutes.
Currently the application is 50% developed and we need a UI designer to complete the design of the remaining application which would involve design for 3-4 screens.
It is a short term project of not more than 2 weeks and the total time required for designing will be even lesser.
