Squarespace UI + Logo + Social Templates

Three related projects. Happy for submissions on each piece or as a package. (Note: I'm really picky about people sticking to their expertise. If you're a legitimate expert at all three, great. But I'm a pretty experienced broker and I'll push back if I think you're out of your lane. So please be honest.)
Context:
- I'm representing an American client (though we're both in the UK at present -- so slight time-zone difference). We're looking to pay in USD.
- The site is going to be a collection of writing and images related to emotions (think of it as an online library of the best writing about emotions and how they affect us).
Need #1: A UI designer to help modify a Squarespace template. It's really important that the applicant: (a) have a good understanding of UI fundamentals; (b) have specific experience with Squarespace.
Need #2: A illustrator / graphic designer to create a logo/wordmark and header image for the site.
Need #3: A graphic designer to help us create 2 or 3 templates for social shares (so a stylized blog snippet / feature image).
We're looking for people who are good at what they do and who have portfolios that demonstrate that. We're very willing to pay a good price for the right help.
