add Design Element To Magento Site and Implement

Hi I have a magento website with the ultimo theme , I need a quick but effective small on the theme redesign of site. Right now the site does not look as professional as I need , and it still have the template look and feel. Also I will need graphic design done to this to enhance the look. Thanks
