We need someone to develop a pixel perfect landing page using a design we have customised. It is based off [login to view URL] which we have already purchased. We need someone to update this to reflect the new form fields which you can see in the mockup provided and then add a script so the form is email'd to a specified email address. You need to be experienced in Bootstrap and have a very good eye for detail.
