Create a Resume-generator website

We're looking for someone that can create an online (paid) creative resume generator. The website-user should be able to add information like Experience, Skills, Education, Contact-details, a photo, a personal story and so on. The user shouldn't be able to print screen the preview of their creative resume. The website should contain a library of turn-key templates and an option to make an adjustable resume with elements that can be found in a library. For example: photo-element, skills-element, education-element, textlines and so on, all adjustable by size and color. When the resume is created the user will see a final preview of their creative resume (with watermark). Now the user will have a range of payment-options like Paypal, text-message-payment, creditcard and more. The website should have: - Admin panel with orders, account-overview, option to add elements and turn-key templates, option to adjust price-plans, option to adjust main texts and articles on the website. -Login and register option for user, with account-overview, payments, option to change words in already paid templates (no changes in graphic details after payment) - Multiple language website You can find examples of creative resumes in the attachment, this is how we want the resumes to look like. The website should be simple and user-friendly. We don't have a big budget so please make us a as good as possible website for the given budget.
