Bi-lingual website for the Mitzpe apiary - repost

We need a bi-lingual website built in 14 days. The deadline is essential. The Mitzpe Apiary is a new business that was started by local enthusiasts. Located in the middle of the desert, the bees of the apiary gather nectar from local desert plants and produce a honey that is both wild in it's unique flavor and completely Pesticide free. The site must meet the following requirements: 1. completely bi-lingual. Hebrew and English will be the two languages. This job requires understanding RTL language settings.
