Access Login prompt and Dashboard project

We are creating a single entry point for all users on the network to access our database forms. They need to be authenticated first by username/password through a login screen. If the login fails, a red colored message is displayed inside that screen indicating so. If they don't have credentials setup, a button will be there to login as a 'Guest', which opens the dashboard in read only mode and only displays section 3 below. After they authenticate successfully, the dashboard opens that will display different sections based on their user permissions: [login to view URL] ◦Users ◦Groups ◦Roles [login to view URL] ◦Manage Lookup Variables ◦Manage Objects ◦Manage Phrases [login to view URL] Data Harness ◦Application1 ◦Application2 ◦Application3 Each section will have a visible box that separates it from other sections. The features in each section will be opened by a simple button click. Clicking a feature will open a separate database file (and will leave the dashboard open in the background) that will likely have its own unique setup. So this dashboard needs to serve as a pointer, and be easy to customize so that I can point it to any existing database that exists on the network. The only user that can change that structure is a user with the admin role. If the user tries to open one of the databases without using this dashboard, it will open in read-only mode. I'll need you to provide me with a sample database that has these settings.
