We are looking for a tech savvy and independent sales assistant that can help us handle and optimize our banner inventory on a commission basis. We run a rather big web game which is mainly monetized by subscriptions, but we also run banner ads for all non-paying users and with 250M page views a month this is also a sizable business. This inventory is now solely monetized through networks (currently Rubicon), but we also get loads of requests for custom campaigns, ledas that we currently do not follow up on because we simply lack the interest to micro manage our sales. We want someone who thrives on selling, making money and making the most out of our damn fine Internet real estate. We'll give you a nice commission for every dollar you can find for us above our current baseline. We expect you to work independently and to be able to set up and follow up on any campaign, to hack banner codes when necessary, to know your way around the adtech world and of course Google Analytics, and to be generally easy to work with. This is strictly a freelance/contractor gig, but if we like each other it could be a long-standing one - we don't care where you work or how you organize your day, as long as we can trust you and you deliver results.
