Build an Online Store: shopify

I need someone to build my online store via shopify. I have a company that sells care packages. We have 2 distinct parts to the business. 1- we sell pre-made packages. This is the easier part. List items with zoom in capability. Click to buy etc. 2- we sell care packages as a subscription service. I need a way to do monthly recurrent billing, with easy start and stop dates. 3- when someone clicks to buy a subscription care package I need a questionnaire to be filled out in order to design the care package around the person receiving it. 4- the buyer has an option to send a care package one month to an enlisted soldier or a veteran. I need this option to be available via a click which leads to a new page describing the service. I think this is the gist of everything. I have professional photos in jpeg form but might need some stock images free of copyright.
