Sir I am frontend developer with knowledge in PHP, Wordpress. I am working in a ruby on rails company so i know basic of ruby on rails project. I can create a simple ruby on rails project. If there are time i can build website. And for Indian clients i need milestones. Previous one indian client cheat me. Condition :1) Maintenance for a week, 2) No additional features ( never do any additional features even though you pay more, for additional features you need to pay 5$ per hour ), 3) Communication via Skype and Emails only ( No phone, my English is not good),
