Convert a Template to a Website

Hi there, I needed help increasing the "max_input_time (s)" using filezilla for dreamhost in relation to wordpress and the installation of a new theme. I needed to load the demo data so I could work from the demo - its through using cherry framework with theme50500 - The typical "Create a .php folder in the root directory with a 5.3 folder holding a phpcr file inside" did not work. Alternativly I had the option of manually installing the theme via PhpMyAdmin, however, I have no idea (Depite reading and watching every tutorial) how to install and run that program, so I found "Adminer" and uploaded the [login to view URL] file there. I was hoping someone could basically go in, restore the whole site's back and front end to default, and install the Theme50500, with the Cherry Framework. With the demo data, so I can go in and alter things from there.
