Create an Adobe Illustrator file traced from a scanned image

Hello, We are looking for a freelance designer who has Adobe Illustrator skills to trace over an image that has been scanned to create a new file that has different layers for each colour and will be printed onto textiles that will be manufactured into different products. We will send through the final high res scans to work from, I have just attached an example of the type of Illustration that needs to be traced. Thanks! Sacha
