Create professional hi-res image from a photo of business card

Hi there Part 1: I have a photo of an image on a business card (ugghh!) that I need made into a hi res image ready for my website logo. Once you've created the image, we will need a copy of the image with a top hat & bow tie added Part 2: We have a hi res image of the lady attached, and we need the text put on the image also in hi res. Part 3: Once the needle has been created, and the text on the lady image, we then need the needle with the top hat put on the lady's hand The images are attached so you can see what I'm talking about. cheers Stef
