Custom DVD image to be printed onto the discs

I am looking for:

1) a custom image design which I will use to lightscribe onto the DVD disc itself. The image needs to look professional as I will sell these DVDs.

2) an image of the DVD and one of a package that includes all 9 DVDs (I currently have 9 now). These 'selling' images will be put on my website in order to promote the product. (Image links below show great package images which are used on other websites)

The title of the DVD series is: Play Popular Piano

I will also need each DVD to say which volume it is: Volume 1 (etc. The images will be the same with the exception of the volume number being different. Please make 15 images, with each one having its different volume number)

I would also like the "DVD Video" logo to be on the DVD image.

The image can be colorful, but the background should not be black as it takes longer to print onto the dvd surface and makes everything else harder to read. A picture of a piano or piano keys is essential, but your expertise is needed.
