Create projects of interior design for 3 apartments

I would like to renovate internally 3 apartments:
- the first apartment is 120 sqm and has 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. In this apartment I would like it to create a modern classic environment;
- the second one is 75 sqm and has 1 living room and kitchen in the same area, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This apartment can be arranged with a modern style;
- the third apartment is 45 swm and has 1 living room and kitchen in the same area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This apartment can be in a modern style too.
I would like somebody to provide me with solutions on how to use the space in an efficient and elegant way in order to create a welcoming environment. The person I'd like to hire should also be able to give me advices on colors to use, materials, decorative elements on walls, floors etc in order to recreate the projected space in the best and effective way.
