Bulk Email Marketing

I have several large databases of email contacts. Some are old and some are new. I need someone to assist me in beginning to work these lists to sort out the hard bounces. I have used ARPreach for a number of years and have some understanding of the processes. Whether you have the resources yourself or simply know how I may go about working through a database of more than 100 million addresses, I would like your help. The way I will work is I will choose a very small portion of the test, perhaps 10,000 addresses, and we will compose an email to be delivered. The objective of this is to test your skill and the system you suggest or employ. As part of the test I will want the following data reported to me: a) The hard bounces b) The unsubscribes c) The open d) Who clicks on the links supplied e) Undelivered. Let me be clear; I want exact tracking by recipient, not simply statistics. If you can assist me with this, there is a long term opportunity managing my email campaigns and those of my clients. In your bid you must supply the following: 1) examples of your past work with email delivery 2) your preferred technology solutions, including hosting, operating system, delivery methods, whitelisting, etc 3) how quickly you can arrange for delivery once all the resources have been allocated 4) sample reporting you will be able to provide. I have been on Freelancer for more than 5 years. I know the scams. I won't waste time. Please only bid if you know exactly what you're doing.
