Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant Needed

We are looking for a CRO consultant to assist our business in designing, launching and optimising our website to achieve the maximum amount of targeted leads possible. We want a consultant to work with us on a weekly basis as we develop a plan, set everything up, then optimise the website in an ongoing capacity.

The freelancer need to advise us on what actions we should take to setup our website so that we can collect relevant data on what users are doing on our website. We would then like them to assist us in drawing relevant conclusions from the data we collect and test other options, in order to optimise our website. Some assistance with Google Adwords would also be of some assistance.

The skills the freelancer is required to have skills and experience in:

• Conversion Rate Optimisation

• CRO tools such as Crazy Egg

• Google Adwords

• Google Analytics

• Understanding analytics in order to make recommendations

Please note: This does NOT include SEO, that is already being managed.

We would like to start of by creating a clear plan of what we are looking to achieve. Then we will create a list of actions that we will undertake each week as we work towards optimising the website. We will require 2-4 hour per week from the freelancer and will meet once a week to review progress.

If this arrangement works out well, we have 2 other websites that need to be setup and optimised. We will also have other referral work from our clients.

We are after experts and are willing to pay good money for good work. We would prefer someone from an English speaking background and preferably someone from Sydney, Australia, so we can meet with them.
