CPA Private leads Project No2

I am looking for multiple providers to generate leads for my CPA offers. Offers are all just either just a simple email or zip submit. They are mostly US but I do have some for other counties. This project can become long term if you can provide high quality service. Also, you need to show me your traffic reports. Before I decide to hire you long term I would like you to send 20 leads first. Payment is after campaign or when money is paid over and sign ups are checked.
