Adwords Consultatation (and ongoing on-call)

I need the best PPC managers in the business. I have an ongoing Google PPC campaign going (budget $300/wk) that I need some advice on. I would like to stay very involved in the management of the campaign myself, however I would like to have a "go-to" guru who could answer questions when I need to tweak the campaign or start a new one. I usually make any changes morning (7-10am) or evenings (4-10pm) in the Central time zone of the U.S. (i.e. Texas). I am available on Skype, google chat, etc. I also have several questions regarding how to serve my ads consistently over time, and prevent click fraud. Please bid on a full consultation of my campaign with actionable yet realistic suggestions -- I need a report and a list of things I can do better. The bidders should also be available during the hours I mentioned to consult going forward as I will be handling the campaign myself. I will pay hourly on this piece.
