Adsense website project needed

What I need: - AT LEAST 7 SEO optimized article's on it. (you and i will pick the keywords we want to use) Don't even ask me about copyscape and all that, YOU will be writing these from scratch and therefore will be 100% unique. (Min 500 words) - Any niche except adult, Pharm, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% - Freelancer must have a DETAILED plan on how he/she plans to achieve this goal. - ALL traffic MUST come from google organic search. NO PAID TRAFFIC. NO BOTS. - you MUST provide samples to prior work or i WILL not even consider you You will build the site on my hosting and domain name and i will give temporary access so you can add content. THERE ARE NO MILESTONES, If you create a milestone you will not be considered for this project. You will ONLY get paid once i have 30 straight days of AT LEAST 10$ from adsense. I'm very flexible for example if it dips to $9.50 a few days, this is fine) but overall, it MUST be more than 10$. THEN, once i have 30 straight days of these payments you will be paid IN FULL. In you bid please type "i understand there are no milestones for this project" DO NOT BID if you do not understand that there are no milestones... I cannot stress this enough.
