Build High Quality Links - repost

Dear Freelancers. We require high quality links . Alot of links. This is a long term project but we will only award it to the freelance who will offer the lowest price with best quality links. The freelancer will be assigned to send the links list and we will select the links which will meet our criteria. We need only serious freelancers and who can deliver the work on time. The first contract will me of 100 links and then we will go for 500 links. We will be needing 100 links in 2 days time. Regards.
