Business Partner - Generate Real Estate Purchase leads

I would like to create a business relationship of lead generation for properties I can buy. My business is to buy properties from people who need to get out of the property fast. For each lead I receive that I convert into a purchase, I will pay you $600AUD (about $560 USD). I expect to grow my business to 50 purchases per year. That would mean that I could pay my business partner about $USD25,000 each year going forward if they are able to generate 1 convertible lead each week. For every 20 leads I convert, my business partner will receive a $10k USD bonus. The more qualified the lead is, the more leads I can convert. This means that you'll generate about $1000 USD for each converted lead across the year. I'll expect to see experience and results from my business partner - I will need to be able to speak/contact existing business clients who have experienced a high quality lead generation from your services. You will need to generate leads from a variety of sources online that you choose - you will need to fund web marketing campaigns from your fee, however I will start with $500 towards the first marketing campaign if required. The up-front for this is not large, as you are making an investment of your time to develop a massive income stream. I look forward to seeing your proposals.
