Create an Adsense website earning 20€+ per day

I am looking for a skilled professional website creator proficient in web development, SEO and content writing, and who is able to create an Adsense site that generates at least 20€ (Euro) per day. The website can be a WordPress blog, or based on any similar Open Source platform.

The selected bidder will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, loading the website with the content, fully configuring the platform and updating/tuning the website until it reaches the required stated Adsense performance.

Site MUST adhere to the following:

- Domain name search

- Provide overview plan before starting the project

- Initially contain 50 articles/pages with related photos and other files.

- Content must be original and SEO optimized with trending Adsensekeywords. Content copyright and release assigned to me in writing.

- SEO Marketing as required.

- Any niche within Google Adsense "Terms of Service" (no adult, pharma, violence, gambling, replica/novel items)

- Attractive design / template. No silly amateur stuff, no generic and well known templates.

- Only unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites involved). CTR should be kept at reasonable levels.

As a precaution, no upfront payments, or any payments at all until the approximately ~20 euro income is steadily generated to my Adsense account for 2 weeks. Can be lower in the beginning, but has to reach the goal within 30 days. I will hold the payment until then, and when conditions have been met successfully, the bid winner will be paid in full and, offered a permanent share of the income for continuous site updates.

The bidder should consider the following points:

• PM me your plan, expected traffic sources and website niche.

• Show me the proof of continuos traffic/clicks after 30 days of launching of website.

• I'll be monitoring the day by day traffic stats via Google Analytics and website logs.

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own), preferably with contacts of your prior customers and/or references.

Once again: the website content, the incoming traffic and the ad clicks must be non-synthetic, legal and 100% within Adsense "TERMS OF SERVICE". The ultimate goal is to avoid getting my active Adsense account banned due to your incompetence.

Bidder must have successful feedback on Freelancer for similar projects and 80%+ completion ratio.

I'll provide the hosting and buy the domain you specify. I have an active Adsense account in good standing (4year+).
