Reasoning is that some tasks might be too simple to engage an expert of more complex tasks and might make larger number of otherwise qualified freelancers hesitant to bid. Others, looking for simpler tasks , may avoid bidding simply because they can't deliver more complex parts of the project. In order to achieve the optimal efficiency and chose the best available option for all, we decided to create narrower , more focused projects for broader segments of bidders to participate. We are going to consider ALL bids (both for LARGE and SMALLER projects) and will decide how to proceed as we receive the offers and review the profiles and ratings of freelancers.
