Bing PPC Expert - CPA ads/Affiliate

I need a very specific PPC expert. We run PPC through a lot of networks, but we need a Bing expert that can run our PPC campaign specifically to CPA/Affiliate health offers. I need to have a cost per action below $20 typically. Anyone that bids on this must show prior success specifically with Bing PPC, with Affiliate/CPA/Health/trial offers Most offers will jump directly to a sales landing page or directly to a buy now page. Generally we need to acquire these customers for $20 or less. In some cases $15 or less. Several other opportunities are available for the right person or team.
