Aggressive Advertising of Contest for New Site

We're looking for someone to advertise a contest for our site in the biggest way possible. It will only last for 4 days. So, this needs to be aggressively done and blasted to social media, youtube, blogs, forums, newsletters, classifieds, message boards, press releases, articles any way you can think of reaching the most amount of people possible in only a short amount of time - especially people who are into contests and giveaways. It must grab their attention. We want this geared mostly towards US users though it can include anyone anywhere in the world. The site is in English. This will need to be coordinated with us because we will post flyers at local colleges at the same time. The contest must have the same start and end date and time for everyone. We need someone who's creative and who knows how to attract people and who can do this for no more than the amount listed in the budget. Please let us know your background and the methods you will use. Anyone who's excellent in advertising on and offline please contact us about this.
