Distressed Leads for Real Estate..!!

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED and RELIABLE Craigslist poster to post 4 ads per day in one US city.

I want to test posting 4 free ads/day in the real estate FOR SALE & SERVICES section of craigslist.

PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR ADS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.

I will have 4 different ads and I want each one posted 2 times a day, at 12pm, and 6pm CST TIME.

I will only pay for live ads, not ghosted or flagged. I will be paying .50 cents per live ad.

Must have all necessary phone verified accounts (PVAs), IP addresses, U.S. Based Proxies and you must be able to rotate Ad titles, post image ADS, rotate IP's, Monitor ADS, prevent Ghosting, and be able to create AD reports. No white text is to be used either.

The ad must stick for at least 48 hours, go live and not be ghosted.

Budget: $40.00 USD per month..!

Requirements/Description:

1. You are able to post 20 posts weekly in a major US city on Craigslist. I will provide the Ad bodies and title

(There will be a website link provided, also)

2. You have all the systems in place for successful posting (US IP-switch, PVA’s, etc).

3. You have to be able to post in USA Central Standard Time (CST) @ 12pm and 6pm; Monday-Friday.

4. You have to provide an excel report with ads links daily after posting (all ads will be checked).

5. I will pay weekly after final report has been submitted... via GAF or PayPal.

6. I will give you the content for the posting.

7. Must take other appropriate steps to prevent ghosting.

8. You must be aware of CL rules and regulations.

9. Please bear in mind that I will be paying .50 cents per live ad (not Flagged nor ghosted) "only".

10. Each posting will have to be affiliated with an account that we will either need access to or have all the

received emails forwarded to us so we can respond to our potential customer base.

11. Ads are to be posted in the real estate FOR SALE (2) and SERVICES (2) section of craigslist.
