Assist me with Bulk Emailing and Marketing a directory -- 2

I would like to pay somebody to help me with promoting some services here in New Zealand.
The directory is: [login to view URL]
The job will consist of the following, sending individual emails (not bulk emails) to people who have a website, asking about whether they would like my services.
You will send emails from my email account, with my signature and I would need to see the proof of how you are doing it and how many emails sent.
Please find attached the screenshots of steps on how to do it.
(Not sure if this is spam or not, or whether it will instantly go their spam boxes?)
If so, the other option is sending via their contact form, it's only for Tauranga based businesses as that is where I live.
I would like to start with 100 emails sent first, and then see what happens from there to see if we move forward with more.
