Basic SEO for new website(repost)

Hi I have just launched my site selling pc's/computers in the UK. I need a real SEO & Link Building expert to get my site in good organic position. I'm looking for someone to carry out basic SEO work to drive traffic to the site and obtain sales asap as it is a new site. I am not looking for a six month campaign, as this would be too expensive. As part of the project I would require details of all SEO carried out. You should not violate Google's rules and conditions. And no links from link farms, web rings, hate, illegal, or banned sites. GUARANTEED DEEP one way links from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block) are important.
