City Directory Promotion Required

My offline company is launching a City directory mobile app. We desperatly need new clients for the app and we need people who are interested in downloading the app. We need to get the word out about the app in Den Haag Netherlands Ability to speak Dutch is a plus but not necessarily required. If you have experience in this please outline and briefly describe in your response how you would assist with this project and what you would bring to the table
