Crowdfunding advice

I need advice on my crowdfunding campaign expect to launch in two months. Currently I post this job as a one- time project to provide me high level strategy, road map, task list, etc, but the freelancer will be very likely to act as my campaign manager which takes for one or two months, and long term PR expert for my e-Commerce shop if the campaign success. Me and my co-founder: We are in Hong Kong, my co-founder runs a local advertising agency, both of us have no experience on crowdfunding. So you are the expert and you tell us what to do, but co-founder will support video and photo taking, draft content, etc. My current situation: I will launch a patented product, with only one competitor which was launched on Indiegogo in April last year. I will live- test the final prototype by next week then ready to take a video and enclose details to public. You will tell me what my co-founder should do as a local support for advertisement. Platform: Tentatively I prefer Indiegogo, as it supports Hong Kong resident. You will tell me whether this is the right platform. Launch date: One month after publicitize video and production details for press, which is estimated at early August. You will tell me whether this is the right time. Landing page/ facebook: an ugly landing page ([login to view URL]) / facebook is available, I will hire an expert to polish and SEO unless you can do it. You will give me advise for a good landing page for crowdfunding and work with my IT freelancer at a later stage. Twitter/ google plus: Not sure if they have something like facebook page for business promotion, you will tell me what to do for social media marketing. Other than above information, you should include but not limit to: 1. Road map 2. Task list (what you will be responsible for, and what my co-founder/ local advertising agency responsible for, what should be the right skills for my IT freelancer, and what other freelancers you need (eg, press distribution, etc). 3. Marketing strategy for my product 4. Others that you know but I don't know
