Create a library to decode the main aviation weather reports

I am looking for a clean JAVA library which I can include into my existing Android application, which enables me to decode aviation weather messages (including mainly TAF + METAR messages). Parts of the application is already available (METAR decoding) in an open source library: [login to view URL] and this should be also the programming style I am looking for. As I am a big fan of open source, I would like you to expand the current jweather project for the TAF decoding, which would be your job.
