Desktop Application with user interaction

Desktop Software for Windows. Requirements 1. Application will read databases of hand histories, and perform operations on them (i.e. determine if player won or lost, how much on each hand, keep a running tally, etc.) -see attached files for example of the database 2. Application automatically launches when another desktop application launches -for example, when Full Tilt Poker launches, then this application will automatically launch 3. Give text/image/video prompts to user based current state of player (winning or losing, determine by hand history database) 4. Capture text inputs from the user 5.
