Our casting agency is in need of a dynamic website to manage the agency, that is to meet the Actors with the Directors. A full user requirement document is already available, and so is the database. The target environment and architecture is HTML/CSS/Ajax with J2EE. Database is MySql. App. server is Tomcat. We prefer the use of Google Web Toolkit. All the documentation is in Italian language, as will be the site, so it would be preferable if the coder speaks or can understand Italian. We choose an Html/Css ready-made template, so the only need is to customize that template, but the overall graphics are already there. In short, users (actors and dumb actors) register to the site, and they pay an annual fee. They fill in their complete data (using GWT tabs to do it step-by-step). Administrators can change or update the user's data (personal information, skills, photo, video, etc.). Directors are another kind of users; they don't have a profile, but just login and can search for actors using an advanced search engine. The search result can be saved in a basket (sort of a shopping cart). Then they can submit other searches. When they are done, they click a button to send the request to the site administrators. The admins receive the request so that they can prepare the economic offer for the actors requested. Full details are available upon request, in Italian language.
