Automatic Article Based Website Creation

I am looking for someone to write a script for me that will automatically create an article based website automatically. I am currently using a program marketed under the name PLR Article Pro. This program does the following: 1. Creates a html page for each individual article 2. Has images that can be edited in psd and changed to jpg for headers 3. Allows input of Adsense, Amazon and Clickbank IDs 4. Adds content/keyword related videos to site 5. Creates links in site (see details on product sites below) and sitemap 6. Rotate articles that show up as home/start page automatically 7. Automatically creates the website files for my transfer via ftp to host This entire process takes just minutes once the articles have been prepared. Create a html page or each individual article 2. Have 2-3 editable (psd) headers to be used on sites 3. Instead of Adsense allow me to use my own ads that look like Adsense but take visitors to links I input 4. Instead of Amazon ads in sidebar and bottom of page allow me to use my own skyscraper, horizontal and vertical ads. 5. Add content/keyword related videos to site (optional if this is terribly difficult) 6. Creates links in site and sitemap 7. Rotates articles that show up as home/start page automatically 8. Automatically creates the website files for my transfer via ftp to host. I will be using this site to promote my mortgage business. So for example, I may write 25 articles on a specific topic such as refinancing your mortgage. Then I would create a site quickly and begin to promote the site through various SEO techniques. I would continue creating additional article based websites on other mortgage related topics and promote again. Over time I would come back and do additional topics on the same topics with new articles and new URLs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
