create a customisable hotel search form / widget with Javascript

I need a few customisable Hotel Search forms / widget in different sizes. The widget is created using Javascript and needs to communicate with a main booking system written with Java. You would receive an instruction and a set of parameters to consider for developing the widget so it can communicate with the main booking system. I also need a control panel to manage the following features: 1. To be able to control and limit destinations available on the widget 2. To be able to translate destinations to a difeerent language and map it with the destinations of the source booking system 3. To be able to add individual popular destination buttons on the widget ( similar example is Expedia) 4. To have predictive text feature on the widget as with the main booking system 5. ability to control and limit star category feed to each widget. eg so for example only 4 and 5 star hotels are found 6. ability to limit search to a group of selected hotels 7. ability to limit search to an individual hotel 8. ability to change background and button colours You would be given the exact design instructions.
