I'm a student of Information Systems and Computer Engineering, I've done multiple academic and non-academic projects and assignments in C, C++, Java and other programming languages, and I've taken classes that focused on Algorithms and Computer Programming, among others topics. And even though I'm new to this website, I'm familiar with algorithms, programming and C/C++ for around 5 years and with Java for 3 years. Based on the description of the project, I assume its small, I would expect to deliver it very soon and, of course, I would do my very best to solve it without errors and in the best kind of solution possible, with comments and explanation, if required. I already had worked on an such project which comprises of an algorithm i.e. minimal spanning tree which is written in c language but for you i can convert it in c++ language if it is required and will surely provide its word file as well and will create its flowchart also, its not a big deal.
