Consultancy and mini sample appl. on pdf generation from Java

We need consultancy on how to prepare pdf files from Java. We need a solution which is usable in a commercial software, free or on an acceptable price. At the end of the short consultancy we agree which solution is OK for us and we expect a mini java application within one day which shows how to use the suggested component(s). We need to export simple formatted text and images in the pdf file in a nicely arranged format. We test the delivery and surely will have some questions. We expect that you answer these and if it's necessary for us then you show the answer by some working code lines. We also have some bigger projects what we continuously will upload to Freelancer during the next to months and we'll tend to offer the projects for those who could done smaller jobs earlier for us properly.
