convert iphone app to android

Hello, we have application working on iphone that tracking the user movement while using the application, the application includes the use of gps,gpx files, web communications including upload and download of files and images, route-me library and working with local and remote DB. exact specification will be given after someone chosen. This project is due to start next month , so apply for this bid only if you know you will have time next month. we will need all the source codes the source will have to be fully documented, this is mandatory request. please apply ONLY if you have examples that you did in the past and are live applications available on the app store and android market.
