Assistance completing a college level java assignment

This should be a simple project for an experienced java programmer. There are three parts to my project 1. The first is that I have written 2 programs which use a GUI to store and read data from a file and then display the data. The programs are already complete but I have used BufferedReader, BufferedWriter, FileReader, FileWriter; to create these programs. All I need for these 2 programs is to convert them so that they use Scanner to read from file and PrintStream to write to file instead. 2. The second part is that I need a java program to be created. This program is a simple program that reads data from a file and figures out how much to charge a person. Charges them and outputs the balance left on their card to a simple text file. 2 Already existing templates must be used when creating this program. The two templates are simply a java file describing the system and how much to charge the person and the second java file is for formatting purposes only. Also for this program Scanner and PrintSteam must be used. 3. The third part is that I need documentation created for these three programs. The documentation needs to be three separate documents for each program. All the documentation needs to consist of is UML diagrams and a description of each class in each of the three programs and what its purpose is. I have attached an example document of a program to give you an idea as to what I want the documentation to be like. Please have a look.
