Build a Telegram API Library for java. We need a java library for Telegram API, to communicate with both Regular Telegram and Telegram Bot. Refer to [login to view URL] about Telegram API. Some java library already open source. Pls refer to [login to view URL], but it has no sufficient documentation and example to help us quickly develop a telegram based application. There is an example app using this lib, [login to view URL] Also after some test, our application using this library doesn't properly communicate with Telegram But so some message from Telegram Bot is not received.

Hi, I am experienced java developer. In addition I have experience with java telegram bots, that I create by myself. Messenger API is quite reach an I'am interested in project such this. My price is cheap becouse I need to increase my freelancer rating and also it Is really interesting topic for me.
