Angularjs Framework

I am currently an angular framework which then be integrated into codeigniter. I have a built a few elements of the template in angular. My requirements for this for someone to build me a modal ajax app. In addition I don't need a codeigniter developer to build a backend/db that's something i can do myself. …. I just need an angular framework a modal which will be integrated into my current framework. I have a MVC solution which i have built myself, i have already created a small framework using angular however i want to expand on what i have, which is creating a modal to load a new page within the ng-app. Please only apply for this project if you have angular experience.
