Breakdown/Coding/Layout of PSD files w/DHTML for Website

I have all front-end design for a medium sized website in PSD format. Basically, all that needs to be done is the breakdown/coding of one of these PSDs, so that it is functional for web... It needs to look exactly as it does in its PSD format...I am simply not experienced enough with back-end stuff to ensure my graphics retain the same EXACT look in all browsers. This should be relatively simple, however...just some tables with DHTML drop-down menus I suspect, but I will look to your superior technical knowledge for advice. Please let me know how much you will charge for the breakdown/coding of ONE of these PSD pages...I can use this template to do the rest myself, but depending on cost/expertise, I may hire someone to do each of them. My decision will be based upon other sites you have laid out...please tell me where I can view your portfolio.
