Complete CRM 2011 Javascript forms (6)

I have to complete a failed project roughly 70% complete. Project is 3 weeks overdue. I would like to give another an opportunity to finish the project with some conditions outlined below which you can understand I require to make sure the failure does not happen again and have success on this project. Project Outline: I have a xRM project in CRM 2011, I have customised entities already setup, there are mathematical calcualtions already created on forms in Javascript, this side is working. I need information also pulled from other entities into 6 different main entities from 1 setup entity to complete the calculations and display a pass/failure status. These entities can be opened to make the pull/calculation. I need new entity records automatically created on an event based on a value ie. if a field is 5, on save, the system must create 5 new record entities with the 'regarding' 1:N relationship linked. (Don't see this as being too difficult) Finally an output of 1 Main Entity with 5 different relational Entities into a SQL report. Conditions: 1. Test: I need a quick working example, if done on a past project or if you can create quickly to demonstrate the ability to pull through figures from one entity into another entity. Ie. I have an entity named “Setup” with 1 record containing a field(text) ‘name’ with value ‘info’ and a field(numeric) ‘data’ with value ‘5’ Second Entity called ‘Job’ I open a new record, I select a field(Lookup) in a drop down list called ‘Setup Name” and select the lookup item from the Setup entity with the value ‘info’. Once selected, I have a second field in the Job Entity called ‘Setup Value’, I want the number ‘5’ pulled through from the ‘Setup’ entity to populate automatically. 2. I am under pressure to complete, so I cannot waste time to go through the whole project for a complete understanding, I will send through the documents compiled so far, but for speed, I need to explain what I need bit by bit and then complete each stage. 3. I need complete attention and determination to help have this completed in 2 days. Constant contact via skype and feedback is required. All entities are created and adjustments I can make to speed things up. I am capable of creating fields and layouts, create relationships etc… I just cannot create the Java script required to complete tasks such as in the Test at point 1. My assistance will be made available. 4. I need an output of values to SQL Report writer, an understanding of creating 1 report for this project. If you agree to the above, and can provide a working Test outline in point 1. We can move forward. Thanks.
