i am looking for a strong individual programmer (no companies), who can do the following:

i need a software to remotely connect to my customers desktops. they call me or contact me via mail. i open a new session id, send them a url, where they enter the session id and i am connected.
the system must connect through all firewalls. i must be able to do drag and drop file transfers. i can change between me seeing the customer screen and the customer seeing my screen.
the system must further feature a function, with which i can remotely connect to a desktop, when the person i not there, of course with passwort. exactly like [url removed, login to view]
the software must feature a licencing programm, so that i can commercially use it.
you must not only offer the pure functionality, but also smart solution.
