Adapating LMS to SCORM Standards

Hi there, I have read Project Description & already worked on LMS but not sure about SCORM, however, my team can surely work on this project, so please provide me detailed requirements, some high level features/tasks, after that I would be able to give you an accurate estimate in terms of time & cost.
