AngularJSAMD (AngularJS + RequireJS) Implementation Consultant Required

We are building an enterprise Angularjs single Page application. The Script & View files in our application are organized as mentioned below
DomainModuleName\Viewes (This folder is having HTML files)
DomainModuleName\Controllers (This folder is having AngualrJS controller files)
DomainModuleName\Services (This folder is having AngularJS services files)
DomainModuleName\Modules (This folder is having Modules files)
DomainModuleName\Directives (This folder is having Directives)
We have created about 100 pages and bundled all the scripts by using ASP.NET MVC bundling concept.
While loading application, it is taking very long time, because the web page is taking time to load all the modules and common javascript libraries initially.
We would like to implement RequireJS in our application to load only the required javascript files of the current loading view to avoid slow loading complaint
We would like to implement ReactJS to make the rendering of the view faster.
We would like to implement Grunt rather using ASP.NET MVC bundling for javascript files minification.
We required minimum 3 years experience person, who has real time experience on AngularJS, RequireJS, ReactJS and Grunt
