I love this idea! What a great way to help your staff get the right care for the right kids whilst making your lives a little easier too! I work during UK evenings (which should fit in with your timezone) and build web based applications exactly like this. Unfortunately due to the nature of the work, it's difficult to build up a portfolio, but I've done stock control applications, sales tools for use on the shop floor via iPads, and a number of staff database systems, which is probably the most similar to what you're looking for. Obviously whilst the images are great, I suspect you have a number of other requirements that you may wish to discuss that would affect the price, so it would be great to have a chat with you to decide exactly what you want, and work out whether there are likely to be any "gotchas".
