Create a 2D Designing Sotware

Hello Guys, I am looking for a Professional to create very good 2d designing application for web. App should work like the example but some modifications required like adding more angles(45degree angle missing). And if any suggestions how to make the app better, every user should know how to use it. Here is one example from same industry: [login to view URL] Basically application is for creating balustrade drawings and calculating cost for balustrade designs. User inputs measurements and chooses few options and system gives correct price. There could be few different pricing calculations for different balustrade models.
