Create a Phonegap App

Looking for a developer who will be able to create a 5 page app with Phonegap. These pages you are creating will become part of a larger project. About the App: The portion you are working on is most closely related to snapchat and instagram. Users should be able to select a photo from their library or take a picture. You will access different filters from a REST API. The filters will be transparent PNG images which you will lay on top of the users photo. Some filters may be CSS files that change how the users photo looks. Users also need to be able to tap the photo and type a message on top of their photo. The challenging part is you need to take the multiple layers and save them as a single image to upload to the API.
